Participation in our investment programs is offered through separately managed accounts and is designed to be straightforward:

1. Review the OSC Disclosure Document and select the program(s) that best match your risk preferences;

2. Open and fund your investment account with a third-party brokerage firm;

3. Sign the OSC Managed Account Agreement and grant OSC discretionary trading authority to begin.

Once enrolled, you will have:

• Full control over deposits and withdrawals in your brokerage account at any time;

• Real-time access to account information, including positions and trade records;

• Comprehensive daily, monthly, and annual reports detailing account activity and performance;

• Direct access to our management team to address any questions or concerns at your convenience.
